A little bit about me:
Hello,
My name is Chris, and I'm from the UK. I enjoy running, and spending time outdoors, and it has been a huge part of my life for many years now.
Exploring trails, entering races, pushing myself on different challenges, and having fun on running adventures; are all things that keep me excited and motivated to run.
I enjoy getting faster and fitter across different distances, and have raced in distances up to 100miles.
For me, running is about the adventure and freedom, whilst becoming stronger and healthier.
